Directions
木薯去皮洗净后切小块,然后煮至软身,滴干。Peel tapioca skin off and cut into bite-sized pieces. Boil in a pot of boiling water till done.Remove, drain and put aside.
起锅热油,把江鱼仔和葱头爆至香脆,滴干油。Heat a wok with adequate oil until hot. Add in ikan bilis and shallot. Saute till fragrant and crispy. Dish out and drain from oil.
煮滾清水,加入黄姜粉和所有辣椒煮片刻。Pour water into the hot wok and bring to the boil. Stir in turmeric powder and add all chilies. Continue to boil briefly.
倒入淡奶,加入树仔菜及调味料,然后加入熟木薯,煮3-5分钟即可盛出。Pour in evaporated milk, add sayur manis and seasoning. Add in the precooked tapioca pieces. Cook briefly for 3-5 minutes till dish is done.
配炸江鱼仔和葱头吃。Serve with the ikan bilis and shallot crispys.
