    Step 1

    糙米淘洗干净,把所有的豆类沥干;枸杞子洗净。Wash brown rice and Gou Qi, drain all the beans.

    Step 2

    将糙米、所有豆类及枸杞一起放入饭煲,加入米酒和清水,如常法煮至饭熟。Put brown rice, beans and all other ingredients into a claypot, pour in rice wine and adequate water, cook like normal rice cooking until done.
