    今天将豆苗配上胡萝卜、香菇和杏鲍菇,色彩丰富,清香扑鼻味道更清香爽口。

    Step 1

    烧热半锅水加入适量盐和油煮滚,然后加入香港豆苗烫软,捞起沥干水份备用。Boil half pot of water with dash of salt and oil, and then put in sprouts to blanch until soften, dish out and drain.

    Step 2

    热油3大匙炒香其余材料,加入调味料煮滚,淋在已烫软的豆苗上即可。Heat up 3 tbsp oil, saute all other ingredients until fragrant, toss in seasoning bring to a boil and pour on top of sprouts.
