    引人垂涎的亚叁虾往往会叫人忍不住添饭。不想吃虾,也能换成鱼片之类,一样开胃。

    Step 1

    中虾洗净后,可以放点胡椒粉和少许盐去腥和腌制。Marinate prawns with some pepper and salt to remove fishy smell.

    Step 2

    锅内放入适量的食油把已搅好的辣椒糊用中火炒香(可以随意加入番茄)。Heat some oil in wok, sauté chilli paste till aromatic (can add in tomato if needed).

    Step 3

    辣椒糊放入盐、糖和亚参膏调味。Add in salt, sugar and assam paste, mix well.

    Step 4

    把虾、番茄、大葱、羊角豆放入深碗里排好。Arrange prawns, tomatoes, onion and lady fingers in a steam plate.

    Step 5

    把炒好的辣椒糊铺上,沸水入蒸锅蒸8分钟即可熄火。Top with chilli paste, steam with high heat for 8 minutes, done.
