    港剧中常见的钵仔糕,红糖和蜜红豆的口味,不止好吃,也很养生。

    Step 1

    将小碗涂上薄薄一层食油后,排入蒸锅,盖上盖子预热。Brush the small bowl with some cooking oil, arrange in the steamer, cover and preheat.

    Step 2

    蜜红豆做法:将粉类过筛后,加入水,搅拌至无粉粒,备用。To prepare red beans: Sieve all the flour ingredient, add water stir well, set aside.

    将所有材料B以中小火煮至完全融化,开大火煮至滚后,离火。Cook all ingredients B over medium until completely melted. Turn to high heat and bring to boil, off heat.
