    如果不喜欢吃芥兰菜可改用自己喜爱的菜。用上汤煮过的芥兰菜会更甜口。

    Step 1

    将小龙虾干放入热油内炸至松脆。Put dried baby lobster into hot oil, deep fry until crispy and remove.

    Step 2

    将(B)料煮滚,加入芥菜煮熟后捞出,沥干水,排上碟。Bring (B) to the boil, add in baby kai lan to boil until cooked, drain and arrange in serving plate.

    Step 3

    把(C)料淋在面上,再洒上炸小龙虾干即可。Pour (C) on top and sprinkle with fried dried baby lobster.
