    Step 1

    起锅热芥花油,把蒜茸爆香,然后加入虾米炒香。Heat wok with canola oil and saute garlic briefly. Add in dried prawns and continue to fry till fragrant.

    Step 2

    加入香菇和香米,然后拌入调味料。Add in mushrooms and rice. Stir in seasoning to mix.

    Step 3

    把材料移到电饭锅里,加入南瓜和清水,开电煮至饭熟。Transfer contents to an electric rice cooker. Add in pumpkin and pour in water. Cook till rice is done.

    Step 4

    在煮熟5分钟前加入腊肠。Just 5 minutes before rice is fully done add in Chinese sausage.

    Step 5

    让饭在锅里待5-10分钟才开启。Let rice stand for 5-10 minutes before dishing out onto a serving plate.
