冰糖炖雪梨Stewed Pearwith Rock sugar in Clay pot

【材料】
冰糖6-8粒、枸子适量、雪梨2个、盐适量

【做法】
1.雪梨用盐水浸泡,并且搓洗几遍,切成块。
2.把雪梨块放入砂煲,放入冰糖,加入足够的水分,盖上盖。
3.用小火炖煮60分钟或至雪梨软烂。
4.放入枸子做装饰,放至温热便可食用。

【INGREDIENTS】
6-8 pc rock sugar, some wolfberries, 2 snow pears,
dash of salt

【METHOD】
1.Soak pear in salted water and arrange wash in a few exchange of water; and then cut into pieces.
2.Put pear in clay pot, add in rock sugar and enough of water, cover lid.
3.Stew in low heat for 60 minutes or until pears are soften.
4.Add in wolfberries as deco, serve warm.
