    小贴士 : 大明虾沾少许粉或薄脆酱,会比较脆口。

    Step 1

    大明虾洗净剥壳留尾,抹干,用盐、糖少许腌,用沙爹棒串起备用。Shelled prawn but keep the tail, pet dry and marinate with salt and sugar, then skew with bamboo stick.

    Step 2

    豆腐切小块、火腿肉切成茸,下一点美乃滋和芫荽茸拌均。Cut tofu into tiny pieces, chop ham and coriander and mixes with some mayonnaise.

    Step 3

    烧热油,放入虾串,炸2-3分钟至熟即可。Deep fry skewed prawn in hot oil for 2-3 minutes until cooked.

    Step 4

    黄梨肉切成小块和糖捞匀,腌大约30分钟,烤3分钟即可伴碟上桌。Cut pineapple into tiny pieces and marinate with sugar for 30 minutes and then grill for 3 minutes, arrange in plate, serve hot.
