    南瓜籽曲奇,口感是香,酥,脆。南瓜子里含有非常丰富的营养物质,铁、锌、镁、锰和健康的脂肪。

    Step 1

    把配方里的奶油,加入糖粉、盐,用打蛋器打至微发。Beat the butter, icing sugar, and salt with hand whisk until fluffy.

    Step 2

    慢慢分次加入鲜奶搅拌均匀。Slowly add in fresh milk in s few steps and stir well.

    Step 3

    最后加入低筋面粉,奶粉,和泡打粉搅拌至粉团。Add in superfine flour, milk powder, and baking powder and knead into dough.

    Step 4

    把打好的粉团分割一粒15克,有用掌心压扁,上面放南瓜籽。Divide the dough into 15g each, flatten with palm and top with pumpkin seeds.

    Step 5

    以上火160°C,下160°C火烘烤15分钟至金黄色。Bake at 160°C with up and down element for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
