    Step 1

    青芒果和红萝卜去皮切丝;洋葱剥皮切丝;红辣椒去籽切圈;小辣椒切粒。Peel and juliennes mango and carrot; shredded the onion; seeded red chili and cut into rings; chopped chili padi.

    Step 2

    将万茂牌叁峇江鱼及古龙牌香菜心倒入大碗中,加入调味料拌匀。Combine MAKMUR Brand Anchovies Sambal and GULONG Brand Pickled Lettuce with all the seasoning in mixing bowl, mix evenly.

    Step 3

    放入全部切好的材料轻拌,试味。Toss all shredded and chopped ingredients, stir to mix, adjust taste.
