这道白咖喱比较温和,不会太刺激味蕾。如果不喜欢排骨,也可以转用鸡肉来取代。

    Directions

    Step 1

    排骨洗净沥干,加入半份番茄酱、半份炸油葱、材料B及C腌匀,放置至少2小时。Marinate spareribs with ground ingredients B. Add in combined ingredients C,50g tomato sauce and 2 tbsp crushed shallot crisps. Leave aside for at least 2 hours.

    Step 2

    起锅热油,把材料D炒至香。Heat oil and fry ingredients D until fragrant.

    Step 3

    加入腌排骨,剩余的番茄酱,淡奶及清水,再加入剩余的油葱,煮至肉软。Add marinated spareribs, the rest of tomato sauce, evaporated milk mixture and water. Add in remaining shallot crisps. Cook until meat is tender.

    Step 4

    以盐和糖调味。Adjust with salt and sugar to taste.
