双耳炒五香肉丁 STIR – FRIED FUNGUS WITH SPICED PORK CUBES

材料 A :
油 2汤匙、蒜头 4瓣(去皮,拍扁) 、姜15克(切丝)、辣椒干 10条(剪段)、八角 2粒、桂皮 ½支
材料 B :
云耳15克(浸发)、雪耳15克(浸发)、古龙牌五香肉丁1罐
调味料 :
水100毫升、珠江桥牌高级酱青1汤匙、水仙牌永春老醋2½汤匙、麻油½汤匙 、糖1汤匙
装饰 :
芫荽叶,小辣椒

做法 :
1 烧热油爆香A料,然后加入古龙牌五香肉丁炒匀。(图1-2)
2. 再加入云耳及雪耳炒匀,倒入调味料焖1分钟。(图3-5)
3. 装饰后,即可上桌。

INGREDIENTS A :
2 tbsp oil, 4 pips garlic (skinned and smashed), 15g ginger (juliennes), 10 dried chili (cut sections), 2 star
anise, ½ stick cinnamon
INGREDIENTS B :
15g babyfungus (soaked), 15g snow fungus (soaked), 1 canned GULONG Brand Spiced Pork Cubes
SEASONING :
100ml water, 1 tbsp PEARL RIVER BRIDGE High-grade Light Soy Sauce, 2 ½ tbsp NARCISSUS Brand Yong
Chun Black Vinegar, ½ tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp sugar

GARNISHING :
Some coriander and chopped chili padi
METHOD :
1 Heat oil in wok, sauté ingredients A until fragrant, and then add in GULONG Brand Spiced Pork Cubes.

2 Add in baby fungus and snow fungus, stir well. Toss in seasoning and simmer for 1 minute. (pic 3-5)
3 Garnish and serve.
