    心得交流站 : 西兰花烫过热水后,就要马上过冷河,这样西兰花不会太熟,口感比较好吃。

    Step 1

    西兰花放入滚水中烫熟,过冷河,排在碟子中央待用。Blanch broccoli in boiling water until cooked,rinse with cold water,drain and arrange on serving plate.

    Step 2

    烧热1汤匙油爆香蒜茸,加入五花肉炒熟再加入其余材料炒匀。.Heat up 1 tbsp oil in wok,sauté garlic until fragrant,add in pork belly and stir-fry until cooked,toss in all other ingredients.

    Step 3

    加入调味料用小火焖1分钟。Add in seasoning and simmer in low heat for 1 minute.

    Step 4

    将肉丝炒菇围在西兰花旁,撒上银鱼仔便可享用。Dish out and pour surrounding broccoli ,sprinkle deep fried silver anchovies on top to serve.
