蛋白质主料
吐拿鱼30克、三文鱼30克
底料
寿司饭
蔬菜
生菜、红皮萝卜、红萝卜、樱桃番茄、苜蓿芽
配料
日本毛豆、腌姜片、芝麻、玉米粒
额外配料
鱼卵、裙带菜、牛油果、蟹柳
酱汁
李锦记日式风味沙律汁、芝麻酱油
吐拿鱼和三文鱼腌料
小葱头茸2茶匙、蒜茸1茶匙、青葱粒1汤匙、麻
油2茶匙、酱油1汤匙、蜜糖1茶匙、黑胡椒粉1/8茶匙、日本七味粉1茶匙
做法
把所有材料和吐拿鱼及三文鱼混合,搅拌均匀,入冰箱腌1小时即可采用。

TUNA AND SALMON MARINATED
1 tsp chopped shallot, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped spring onion, 2 tsp sesame
oil, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp honey, 1/8 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp Shichimi (Japanese paprika )
METHOD
Mixes all ingredients with tuna and salmon, keep in fridge 1 hour before use.
