炸鸡丁做法Fried Chicken Cube Method:起锅烧油。Heat up the wok and put enough amount of oil to fry.
在一个碗里放鸡扒丁、全蛋、酱油、玉米粉、食盐和胡椒碎,搅拌均匀。 In a bowl add in chicken chop, whole egg, say sauce, corn starch salt and pepper, mix well.
放入鸡丁炸到稍微金黄色,捞出搁置一会儿,再回锅炸第二轮至金黄香脆。Fry the chicken chop until slightly brown. Remove and let it rest awhile. Then, fry again until golden brown and crispy.
咖喱奶油做法Curry Buttermilk Method:中火起锅,倒入白兰她、橄榄油、指天椒、咖喱叶、蒜米和咖喱粉一同爆香。Heat up the wok, put planta, olive oil, chili padi, curry leaf, garlic and curry powder. Cook until fragrance.
倒入淡奶、意大利面水。煮到酱料开始浓稠再倒入意大利面,炸鸡扒丁然后加入调味料。Add in evaporated milk and pasta water. Once the sauce thicken up add in spaghetti, fried chicken chop cubed, stir and season well.
意大利面煮法How to cook spaghetti:将一锅清水煮到沸腾,再倒入食盐和橄榄油。放入意大利面,偶尔搅拌下。煮大约9分钟或煮至“弹牙”口感。Boil a pot of water, add salt and olive oil. Put in the spaghetti, stir and cook for 9 minutes or cook until al-dante (to the bite) texture.
