咖喱炸排骨 Fried Curry Ribs

材料 :
排骨500克(斩3寸宽)
腌料 :
咖哩粉1½汤匙、黄姜粉2茶匙、辣椒糊1汤匙、粟粉1汤匙、味精1茶匙、Maggi调味酱½汤匙、L&P酱½汤匙、糖½汤匙、盐½茶匙、黑胡椒粉¼茶匙、松肉粉1茶匙
做法 :
① 排骨加入腌料拌匀,腌约2小时。(图1-3)
② 烧热炸油,放入排骨炸熟透,捞出沥干油便可。( 图4 )

INGREDIENTS :
500g pork ribs (chop into 3 inches pieces)
CONDIMENTS :
1 ½ tbsp curry powder, 2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp chili boh, 1 tbsp corn flour, 1 tsp MSG, ½ tbsp
Maggi seasoning, ½ tbsp L&P sauce, ½ tbsp sugar, ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp black pepper, 1 tsp tenderizer
METHOD :
1. Marinate pork ribs with condiments for 2 hours. (pic 1-3)
2. Heat up oil and deep fry marinated ribs until cook through; drain. (pic 4)
