    Step 1

    准备辣椒糊:将咖喱辣椒酱料A炒香,加入材料B继续炒至出红油,再加入少许盐和糖炒匀,盛起备用。Prepare the chili paste: Stir-fry Ingredients A until fragrant, add Ingredients B, continue frying until the oil turns red, then add a pinch of salt and sugar, stir well, and set aside.

    Step 2

    准备汤底:将清水烧开,加入适量的咖喱辣椒糊一同煮滚,加入调味料,最后放入椰浆煮滚,备用。Prepare the soup base: Bring water to a boil, add an appropriate amount of the curry chili paste, bring to a boil, add seasonings, and finally add coconut milk. Bring to a boil and set aside.

    Step 3

    取一碗,放入已烫熟的面条和豆芽,淋上咖喱汤,放上喜欢的配料和咖喱酱料即可享用。Take a bowl, add the blanched noodles and bean sprouts, pour the curry soup over them, add your favorite toppings and curry paste, then serve.
