    Directions

    Step 1

    将咸菜浸水10分钟至适合咸味,揸去水份,白镬炒香,加入糖1茶匙炒香备用。Soak salted mustard in water for 10 minutes to reduce its saltiness, squeeze out water and fry in empty wok until fragrant, toss in 1 tsp sugar.

    Step 2

    把苦瓜用少许糖腌片刻,飞水备用。Marinate bitter gourd with some sugar and then blanch in boiling water

    Step 3

    番茄去籽切粗条备用。Tomato seeded and then cut into strips.

    Step 4

    烧热材料B中的3大匙油,爆香所有材料B,加入苦瓜炒片刻,接着加入所有剩余材料A炒香,然后加入调味料炒匀后再勾芡,即可上碟。Sauté all ingredients B with oil until fragrant, toss in bitter gourd and stir-fry briefly; and then add in all remaining ingredients A and stir-fry until aromatic, add in seasoning and thicken with starch, dish out.
