咸香的鸡丁豆腐煲,有满满的蛋白质,酱汁够多,拌饭也很好吃。

    Directions

    Step 1

    鸡腿肉切丁后加入适量生粉、生抽拌匀腌制备用。After cut the chicken thigh into small pieces, mix well with some cornstarch and soy sauce, set aside.

    Step 2

    烧热适量油,煎香梅香咸鱼,取出备用。Heat some oil to fry the Mui Hiong salted fish for later use.

    Step 3

    放入姜末、蒜蓉爆香后,加入香菇和鸡肉炒香。Saute the minced ginger and garlic until fragrant, add mushrooms and chicken continue stir fry.

    Step 4

    倒入调味料煮滚后,加入豆腐丁略焖煮片刻。Pour in the seasoning and bring to a boil, add in diced tofu and simmer for a while.

    Step 5

    撒入葱花后勾芡,盛入砂锅中加热即可上桌。Sprinkle chopped green onion and thickening with mixture of corn starch and water, then heat in a pot and serve.
