将葡萄干,糖蜜和杏仁放入Tefal高速真空抗氧化搅拌机,直至粘稠糊状。Put raisin, honey and almond into Tefal Ultrablend Boost High Speed Blender, select Nuts program and blend until muddy.
将混合糊物转移到碗中,加入其余种子、奇异籽和燕麦片,混合均匀。Shift muddy mixture into bowl, add in all other nuts, seeds and oats, mixes well.
将混合物倒入铺了烘焙纸的长方形/方形的蛋糕盘中,尽可能牢固地按实。Pour mixture into rectangular container that line with parchment paper; press down firmly.
收入冰箱至少1小时。吃时切片享用。Keep in fridge for at least 1 hour before cut into slices to serve.
