    Directions

    饼皮用刀背压出条纹格形,较清晰。

    Step 1

    将皮料A打至均匀,拌入皮料B成面团,放入冰箱冷冻30分钟,取出分出15等份,备用。Combine pastry ingredients A,mixes with pastry B and knead into dough. Chill in fridge for 30 minutes; and then divide into 15 equal apportions.

    Step 2

    白莲蓉馅料加入葵花仁搓匀,分出15等份,每一份中间放入1粒夏果仁,搓成小圆球。Mix white lotus paste with sun flower seeds,and then divide into 15 equal apportions, put 1 Macadamia in the center and shape into balls.

    Step 3

    将一份皮料包入一份馅料,在饼皮上面压出条纹格形。Wrap each filling with a portion of dough; make some scratches on the surface.

    Step 4

    预热烤炉180 ℃,放入月饼烤约10-15分钟至金黄色。Pre-heat oven to 180℃,put in moon cakes and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
