    Step 1

    水煮马铃薯10分钟,滤干水后回锅,加入牛油和 牛奶,少许盐和黑胡椒粉调味,炒均后盛出。Cook potatoes in a large saucepan of boiling water until tender or about 10 minutes. Drain well and put back to the pan. Add butter and milk. Add adequate salt and ground black pepper to taste.

    另外热橄榄油,以中小火把大葱和蒜茸爆约3分钟 至软身。Sauté onion and garlic with olive oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat until sof tened for about 3 minutes.

    Step 3

    加入猪肉碎,炒约5分钟。Add the minced pork and sauté until lightly browned for about 5 minutes.

    Step 4

    加入番茄和炒过的马铃薯,煮至滚后转小火,加 盖焖煮一会。Add in the tomatoes and potatoes. Bring to the boil then cover and simmer over low heat for a while.

    Step 5

    加入冷冻杂菜,再焖煮3-4分钟,然后以盐,糖及 胡椒粉调味。Add the mixed vegetables and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Add salt, sugar and pepper to taste.

    Step 6

    用墨西哥薄饼包扎猪肉料,淋上酸奶油和辣椒酱 即可食用。Serve the tortillas with the pork mixture, sour cream and chilli sauce.
