    Step 1

    将所有的材料A混合均匀,盖上盖子,放入雪柜内2个小时或过夜。Mixes all ingredients A in jar, cover with lid and keep in fridge 2 hours or over-night.

    Step 2

    将青红苹果去皮、洗净后,切成小丁,备用。Peel both apples and diced.

    Step 3

    冷锅下椰油,以中小火烧热后,下苹果丁、枫糖浆和肉桂粉,煮至苹果软后,即可熄火,待凉,备用。Heat coconut oil in skillet, cook diced apple with maple syrup and cinnamon powder until soften, remove from heat to cool down.

    Step 4

    取出奇亚籽,并准备好干净的玻璃瓶。舀出适量肉桂苹果丁入玻璃瓶内,再舀入适量奇亚籽,收入雪柜内冷冻30分钟后,即可享用。Scoop some apple into jar, and then pour in some Chia seeds; keep in fridge again for 30 minutes, ready to serve.
