    Step 1

    节瓜剖开,去籽,然后在瓜边切点花样,再以大火蒸10-15分钟,去水。Cut loofah into half. Remove the seeds and cut edges to create a pattern. Steam over high heat for about 10-15 minutes. Remove and throw out excess liquid from the steamed loofah.

    Step 2

    起锅热油,把材料B炒一会,加入调味料,炒至香。Heat wok with sesame oil and stir-fry ingredients B briefly. Add seasoning. Toss and fry until fragrant.

    Step 3

    以少许生粉水勾芡,然后把材料填入节瓜里,趁热吃。Adjust with a little cornflour mixture to thicken the gravy,fill into the loofah. Serve immediately.
