    Step 1

    把材料A一起煮滚,然后焖煮25-30分钟至肉软。取出鸡肉,去骨切1公分方块。Put ingredients A in a stock pot. Simmer for 25-30 minutes until chicken is tender.Remove chicken to cool.Remove chicken bones and cut into 1 cm cubes.

    把材料B加入汤里煮软,蔬菜捞起待用。Add ingredients B to the stock.Cook till tender. Remove vegetables from the stock.

    Step 3

    在不黏锅热牛油,把大葱及西芹炒至软,然后加入剩余材料C继煮,接着倒入全部焖煮过的材料,然后加入全部材料D,即可把材料分别盛入2个耐热碗里。Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Saute onion and celery cubes till soften,then add all remaining ingredients C. Put back all cooked ingredients. Add ingredients D to mix. Spoon filling into 2 ramekin bowls.

    Step 4

    把冷冻酥皮切成口径比耐热碗大一公分的面积,然后在碗的边缘刷上蛋液,再把面皮小心盖上,然后在表面划一小刀口,并涂刷蛋液。Cut pastry into squares 1cm larger all round than the rim of your ramekin bowl. Moisten rim of bowl with beaten egg. Carefully place pastry on top. Make a small cut on the pasty and brush with beaten egg.

    Step 5

    放入预热至200℃的烤炉里烤约20分钟或至面皮酥脆即可。Bake in preheated oven at 200℃ for 20 minutes or until crust is well risen and golden brown.Serve hot.
