孟加拉青咖哩鸡 Bangladesh Green Curry Chicken

【材料】
A:鸡腿4只、蒜2粒、马玲薯4粒(切丁)、清水750毫升、椰浆100毫升
B:姜茸15克、桂皮1公分、花椒10粒、八角2粒,小茴香一茶匙、印度混合
香料1茶匙、肉类咖哩粉4大汤匙、青辣椒4条(切段)、大葱4粒 (剁碎)
【做法】
1. 镬内热少许油,爆香蒜头(连蒜皮),下鸡块煎香至金黄色。(图1-2)
2. 加入B料同炒至香味四溢。(图3)
3. 炒5分钟后加入水和马铃薯,继续煮至肉软。(图4)
4. 转小火,倒入椰浆,继续煮至稠后熄火。

【Ingredients】
A:4 chicken whole legs, 2 whole garlic, 4 potatoes(cube), 750ml water, 100ml coconut milk
B:15g ginger(chopped), 1cm cinnamon stick, 10 pepper corns, 2 star
annise, 1 tsp fennel, 1 tsp garam masala, 4 tbsp meat curry powder,
4 green chilli(cut block), 4 big onion(chopped)
【Method】
1. Heat some oil in wok, saute garlic (with skin) till fragrant, add in chicken
and stir fry till golden brown.(pic 1-2)
2. Add in all B ingredients, fry well. (pic3)
3. Fry about 5 minutes, add in water and potatoes cubes, cook until meat tender. (pic4)
4. Turn to low heat and add in coconut milk, continue boil till gravy becomes thick.
