    Step 1

    将鸡蛋打散,加入调味料A。Beaten egg and mixes with seasoning A.

    烧热不黏平底锅,涂上一点油,加入适量蛋液煎熟,重复至煎完为止。切丝放在碟上。Grease non-stick pan and sear egg sauce into thin omelet, repeat steps; juliennes and place on serving plate.

    Step 3

    烧热油爆香蒜茸和葱茸,加入肉碎和调味料B炒熟,即可放在蛋丝上。Heat oil wok, saute garlice and shallot until fragrant; toss in minced meat and seasoning B, stir-fry until well cooked, dish out and place on top of omelet.
