一碗饭一个故事,一道菜一段人生。饭脚是外乡人,人生际遇特别丰富,常和我分享生活与修行,话题深奥我多是唯唯诺诺,随喜赞叹,到底,见山见海见自己。别的我不会,也不愿热腾腾地发表,但若是说起什么样的饭菜最香,肯定滔滔不绝。饭脚总说我喜形于色,脸上挂着的就是内心所想,无论是不是说我都没想要反驳,不重要。上次不是说起农村炒双花这件事吗,当时到点大家都急忙各散我最后没问着,耿耿于怀着呢,这回年都过了好几,我还是不得而知。上个超市买点菜吧,管他冬夏与春秋,三两下马上就有了我家版本的素炒双花。

Directions
花菜、番茄和杏鲍菇分别洗净切朵和切斜片;杏鲍菇切花刀,备用。Wash and cut the cauliflower, tomato, and king oyster mushrooms into florets, slices, and slanted pieces respectively. Score the king oyster mushrooms and set aside.
杏鲍菇片和花菜分别焯水,挤/沥干水分,备用。Blanch the king oyster mushroom slices and cauliflower separately, then squeeze/draining off excess water, and set aside.
杏鲍菇加入腌料抓匀,然后卷起,用牙签定型,放入气炸锅炸10分钟,取出牙签,备用。Marinate the king oyster mushroom slices with the marinade, then roll them up and secure with toothpicks. Air-fry at 180°C for 10 minutes, remove the toothpicks, and set aside.
冷锅下油,开中火将姜蒜翻炒至香,接着加入番茄片、花菜和所有调味料,转大火煸炒均匀。Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat, stir-fry minced ginger and garlic until fragrant. Then add tomato slices, cauliflower, and all seasonings, stir-fry over high heat until well combined.
加入红黄甜椒丝和葱段,翻炒均匀,即可熄火,盛起配饭享用。Add julienned red and yellow bell peppers and spring onion sections, stir-fry evenly, then turn off the heat, serve with rice.
