    基本材料只有面粉、牛奶和鸡蛋,加上其他小搭配,各种口味的美式松饼即刻轻松上桌。

    Step 1

    将牛奶、鸡蛋和香草精倒入一盆中,搅拌均匀,备用。Mix milk, egg and vanilla extrac in a bowl, mix well and set aside.

    Step 2

    将面粉、黄糖和芝士粉倒入另一盆中,搅拌均匀,备用。Mix plain flour, brown sugar and parmesan cheese in another bowl, set aside.

    Step 3

    将作法1和2的材料混合均匀至无颗粒,备用。Mix above all ingredients in bowl until smooth batter.

    Step 4

    中小火热不沾锅,倒入适量的面糊,煎至两面金黄熟透即可。Heat frying pan with medium heat, pour in some batter, cook untill both side turns golden brown.

    Step 5

    将煎饼摆盘,放上一球雪糕,淋上果酱、摆上雪糕筒,即可享用。Arrange pancake on the plate, top with ice cream and ice cream corn, drizzle with some fruit jam, done.
