    Step 1

    起锅热油,将小葱头片炸至金黄色后捞起待用。 Heat oil in wok, sauté shallot until golden brown, dish out.

    Step 2

    将虾米爆香。 Sauté dried shrimp until fragrant

    Step 3

    后加入萝卜丝与沙葛丝,翻炒均匀。 add in carrot and Jicama, stir-fry until well mixed.

    Step 4

    之后加入耗油及麻油,再加入适量糖和盐调味后,才将鱿鱼丝倒入拌炒。 Add oyster sauce, sesame oil and dash of salt & sugar, and then toss in julinnes squid.

    Step 5

    转至小火加入清水将鱿鱼丝和其他材料焖煮至入味。最后倒入葱炸即可。 Turn to low heat, add in water and simmer until flavor infuse. Garnish with shallot flake and serve.
