    云朵蛋是软噗噗的空气感,一戳,蛋黄就流心了……时间和火候主要看自己喜好,想要黄熟的彻底些可以低温多烤一会儿,也可以下火调温度高点,上火温度调低一点,或者加盖锡纸,避免蛋清上色过重。
