    对于初次品尝“蒟蒻”的人,可能都会有这疑问: 这是用什么做成的呢?当一听到“蒟蒻”的原材料就是“魔芋”时,相信大部份人都会立刻想到是“芋头”。其实魔芋和芋头是两种压根儿不一样的植物,常见的芋头可以直接在采摘后煮食享用,而魔芋则需要经过加工分检洗涤等多工序、然后磨粉后才能食用,是营养价值丰富的碱性食品。除了块状的蒟蒻,做成宽细面条状的蒟蒻丝面,和各种口味的汤汁都十分契合。

    Step 1

    将所有调味料混合均匀后,加入甜椒丁和蒜茸,拌匀,备用。After mixing all the seasonings evenly, add the diced capsicum and minced garlic, mix well and set aside.

    Step 2

    蒟蒻面清洗数遍去腥味,然后将蒟蒻面倒入锅内,煮3分钟,然后沥干水份,备用。Wash the konjac noodles several times to remove the smell, then cook the konjac noodles into the pot for 3 minutes, drain and set aside.

    Step 3

    将虾背切开、去肠后洗净,摆入蒟蒻面上,然后淋上调味料。Cut the back of the shrimps, remove the intestines and washed. Arrange them on top of the konjac noodles together with the seasonings.

    Step 4

    蒸锅内的水煮开后,放入蒟蒻虾,蒸5-6分钟,即可熄火取出,趁热享用。After the water boiling, add the Konjac shrimps and steam for 5-6 minutes. Take it out and enjoy while it is hot.
