Step 1

蒟蒻清洗数遍去腥味,然后切成小块放入锅内,煮3分钟。Wash the konjac several times to remove the smell, then cut into small pieces and put it in the pot and cook for 3 minutes.

Step 2

将蒟蒻块用力在容器内甩数次(使蒟蒻纤维软化),接着放入冰水内浸泡,备用。Put the konjac pieces into a container and shake several times (to soften the konjac fiber), then soak it in ice water and set aside.

Step 3

将所有黑糖蜜的材料放进汤锅内,煮至融化后,即可离火,然后装进干净容器,放进雪柜内保存。Put all the black molasses ingredients into the soup pot, cook until it melts then remove from the fire. Put it into a clean container and keep in the refrigerator for storage.

Step 4

取出蒟蒻,沥干水分后,滚上黄豆粉,配以适量黑糖蜜一起享用。Take out the konjac, drain and roll it over with soybean powder and serve with some black molasses.
