    炖牛肉适宜身体虚弱及病后恢复期的人吃。色泽红亮,软绵香嫩。

    Step 1

    起锅热橄榄油,把其余材料B炒至香。Heat olive oil in a heavy based saucepot.Saute ingredients B until onions turn lightly brown and fragrant.

    Step 2

    加入牛肉炒1-2分钟,然后加入清水、红白萝卜及马铃薯,煮滚后转小火焖煮30分钟,然后加入番茄及西芹,再煮15分钟至肉软。Add beef and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Pour in water,add radish,carrot and potato.Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes. Add tomato and celery,cook for another 15 minutes until meat is tender.

    Step 3

    加入鲜蘑菇和调味料,然后勾芡,撒入青葱段,加盖焗一会即可。Add fresh button mushrooms and seasoning to taste. Then thicken with corn flour mixture. Add spring onion and close the pot for a while.
