    零失败的咖喱鸡做法,对于不喜欢椰浆的朋友,这道咖喱鸡一定合你的胃口。

    Step 1

    把全部咖喱糊材料放入搅拌机内,搅拌成糊备用。Grind all curry paste ingredients, set aside.

    Step 2

    锅内放油把马铃薯煎至稍微金黄。盛起备用。Heat oil in wok, deep fry potatoes wedges till golden brown, drain and set aside.

    Step 3

    热油爆香材料B,加入咖喱糊,用中小火慢慢炒至香。Saute ingredients B in wok, add in blended chilli paste and cook until fragrant.

    Step 4

    加入鸡肉块和马铃薯块,翻炒均匀。Add in chicken meat and potatoes, stir well.

    Step 5

    加入适量的水,水位刚好盖过所有鸡肉块和马铃薯块。盖上锅盖以中火焖煮一会。Pour in water which enough to cover all ingredients. Cover the lid and simmer with medium heat for a while.

    Step 6

    马铃薯煮到软时,即可放盐调味。Once it boils and potatoes is tender, lower the heat and allow to simmer for 30 to 40 minutes.

    Step 7

    最后,把优格倒入后,搅拌均匀后即可熄火上菜。Add yogurt and cook at high heat again. Once it boils, lower the heat. Add salt and sugar to taste.
