    一口上瘾的柠檬蒜鲜嫩鸡肉。柠檬的酸爽加上蒜的香味,酸甜风味超好吃。

    Step 1

    将鸡肉用盐、胡椒粉及蒜粉腌好。Season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

    Step 2

    启动智能饭锅,选择Saute功能键,热橄榄油,放入鸡肉煎12分钟至两面金黄色,取出备用。Press the Saute function and add the olive oil to the pot.Place chicken in the Instant Pot and allow to sear on each side for 12 minutes, or until golden brown. Once browned, remove from Instant Pot and set aside.

    Step 3

    在饭锅内涂抹少许牛油,爆香葱及蒜片,加入柠檬汁煮1分钟后加入意大利调味料,柠檬茸及鸡汤。Melt butter in Instant Pot and stir in the onions and garlic. Add lemon juice cook for 1 minute then add Italian seasoning, lemon zest, and chicken broth.

    Step 4

    放入鸡肉,盖上,选择“SEAL”功能键,设时7分钟。Place the chicken back into the Instant Pot, lock the lid, and turn the function key to SEAL.Select the and adjust the timer to 7 minutes.

    Step 5

    时间结束后用2-3分钟释放气压后打开盖。When done, allow to naturally release for 2-3 minutes, then only open the lid.

    Step 6

    撒上剁碎洋芫荽,即可趁热享用。Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot with your favorite sides.
