    香兰又称斑兰,和白米一起煮,白饭呈现一股特殊的香味。梅子营养丰富,含有多种有机酸、维生素、黄酮和碱性矿物质等人体所必需的保健物质。

    Step 1

    起锅热白油,小火煮至融化,然后放入香料炒至芳香;加入配料A炒香。另外把香茅炸至略带金色。In a wok, heat ghee over low heat till melted. Fry aromatic spices till fragrant. Add sliced ingredients, lemon grass and fry till slightly golden.

    Step 2

    加入糙米,炒至看起来几乎透明,转移到电饭煲。加入香兰水、清水、淡奶及盐。搅拌均匀。Add drained rice and fry till the grains look almost transparent. Transfer to a rice cooker. Add pandan extract, water, evaporated milk and salt. Stir to combine.

    Step 3

    照一般方式煮饭,完成后,让它保温10~15分钟才用叉子轻轻搅松,并扮入梅子干。Cook rice as normal. When rice is done, leave on warm mode for 10-15 minutes. Gently fluff rice with a fork and fold in prunes.
