梅森瓶蕃茄肉酱意粉 Mason Jar Spaghetti

肉酱材料
猪绞肉250克、樱桃蕃茄2颗(切块)、洋葱1颗(切丁)、蒜茸5瓣、蚝油1汤匙、黄糖1茶匙、海盐½茶匙、有机蕃茄义大利面红酱350克、清水1公升、橄榄油适量

材料A
意大利面条250克、橄榄油约30毫升、清水1锅、海盐2茶匙
材料B
梅森瓶约4-5个、红黄小番茄适量(切半)

做法
1 以中火爆香蒜茸与洋葱,加入蕃茄和猪绞肉翻炒均匀。(图1)
2 加入蕃茄红酱和清水煮至滚,以蚝油、黄糖和海盐调味后熄火。(图2)
2 根据包装说明将意大利面条煮熟,沥乾水分后加入适量橄榄油拌匀备用。(图3)
4 将适量的意大利面条放入梅森瓶,然后加入适量红黄小番茄。(图4)
5 再加入意大利面条,最后淋上的蕃茄肉酱,上盖子即可。(图5)

BOLOGNESE SAUCE INGREDIENTS
250g mince meat, 2 tomato (halve), 1 onion (dice), 5 pips garlic, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp brown sugar, ½ tsp sea salt, 350g organic spaghetti sauce, 1 litre water, some
olive oil
INGREDIENTS A
250g spaghetti, 30ml olive oil, 1 pot water, 2 tsp sea salt
INGREDIENTS B
4-5 mason Jar, some yellow and red cherry tomatoes(halve)

METHOD
1 Saute garlic and onion with medium heat, add in tomatoes and mince meat, stir well. (pic 1)
2 Add in spaghetti sauce and water, season with oyster sauce, brown sugar and sea salt, off heat. (pic 2)
3 Cook the spaghetti noodle follow the packaging instruction, drain and mix with some oilive oil. (pic 3)
4 Place some spaghetti into mason jar, follow by cherry tomatoes. (pic 4)
5 Add the rest spaghetti, finishing with the Bolognese sauce, cover the lid, done. (pix 5)
