    Step 1

    将梅菜洗净浸泡清水去除咸味,然后切末。 Soak and wash Mui Choy to reduce its saltiness then chop finely。

    Step 2

    豆腐切丁,放入沸水中川烫,捞出沥干排入碟中待 用。 Cut tofu into cubes and then blanch in boiling water, drain and arrange in plate.

    Step 3

    先以干镬将梅菜炒至干身后拨到镬边。 Stir-fry Mui Choy in dry wok until water dries up, push mui choy to the side of the wok.

    Step 4

    下2汤匙油爆香蒜茸,加入清水煮沸。加入肉碎和调味料拌炒均匀,转小火焖煮约5分钟。 Add 2 tbsp oil into wok, sauté garlic until fragrant, pour in water and bring to a boil。Add in minced meat and seasoning, stir fry till meat loosen; simmer in low heat for 5 minutes

    Step 5

    以粟粉勾芡后便可淋入豆腐上。 Thicken with starch and pour it over tofu to serve.
