    Step 1

    将排骨放入水内浸1小时,然后取出沥干。Soak ribs with water for 1 hour, remove and drain.

    Step 2

    把材料B跟排骨混合拌匀。Mix ingredients B with ribs and stir evenly.

    Step 3

    放入蒸锅内蒸35分钟。Arrange marinated ribs into steamer and steam for 35 minutes.

    Step 4

    取出趁热与白饭一同食用。Remove and serve hot with cooked white rice.
