欧式肉桂咖啡Cinnamon Coffee

【材料】
咖啡粉20克、肉桂2支、砂糖/黄糖1汤匙、鲜奶100毫升、肉桂粉适量

【所需工具】
咖啡壶、咖啡滤杯、咖啡滤纸、打奶器

【做法】
1.将咖啡滤杯和咖啡滤纸放在咖啡壶上,用热水淋湿滤纸,再倒入咖啡粉。(图1)
2.从咖啡粉的四周开始,慢慢冲入热水,待水慢慢流入壶内时,再次冲入热水,直到冲好2杯份量。(图2)
3.加入适量的糖和肉桂粉后,盖上壶盖。
4.将鲜奶打至成泡沫,备用。(图3)
5.依次序倒入咖啡、奶沫,撒上适量的肉桂粉后,即可趁热享用。(图4)

【Ingredients】
20g coffee powder, 2 sticks cinnamon, 1 tbsp palm sugar, 100ml fresh milk, dash of cinnamon powder

【Tools】
Coffee maker, cup filter, paper filter, milk skimmer

【Method】
1.Place cup filter and paper filter on top of coffee pot, rinse with hot water then put in coffee powder.(Pic 1)
2.Pour in hot water from sides of coffee pot to make 2 cups of coffee.(pic 2)
3.Add in adequate sugar and cinnamon powder; cover the lid.
4.Beat milk until fluffy.(pic 3)
5.Pour coffee into cup, add in skimmed milk, sprinkle dash of cinnamon powder and serve. (pic 4)
