    Step 1

    甜派皮做法: 1.先将牛油和糖粉拌打至松发,加入蛋黄拌打均匀,加入面粉拌成团,休面20分钟。.Beat butter and icing sugar until fluffy,then mix in egg yolk,and then mix into pliable dough and let rise for 20 minutes.

    2.以160度预热烤箱。Preheat oven to 160℃.

    3.将适量的面团按在蛋挞模上,用竹签刺几个洞,然后送进烤箱烤大约12分钟至熟备用。Press some dough into tart mold,prick some holes with bamboo stick,and then bake in oven for 12 minutes.

    做法: 将馅料A加入调味料充份搅拌均匀送进冰箱冷切1小时。Mixes ingredients A with seasoning and keep in fridge for 1 hours.

    Step 5

    准备一锅滚水加入适量的盐,将去壳的虾烫熟马上泡冷水10分钟,沥干水份备用。Boil a pot of water with some salt and blanch the prawns until cooked;immediately soak in cold water for 10 minutes and drain.

    Step 6

    烤好的塔皮加入适量的馅料,再加上一只虾和装饰后,即可马上享用。Stuff filling into tart pastry,top with prawns and garnishing,serve immediately.
