    Step 1

    用干镬小火炒黑豆至外壳裂开,备用。Stir-fry black beans in dry wok until the skin cracked.

    Step 2

    准备一锅水煮滚,将猪尾川烫过,捞出洗净,沥干水分备用。Boil a pot of water to blanch the pig tail and drain.

    Step 3

    将3公升水煮滚,加入所有材料,用慢火烹煮大约2小时。Bring 3 liters water to boil,and then add in all ingredients and slow boil for 2 hours.

    Step 4

    要享用时才加入调味料。Season before serving.
