    Step 1

    把苏东泥和剁碎的材料及调味料混合,搅拌至滑身成馅。Mixed squid paste with coriander, carrot, water chestnut and seasoning until smooth and sticky.

    Step 2

    把馅料酿入割开的油条内,然后切成小块。Stuffed the squid paste with you tiao. Cut into bite-sized.

    Step 3

    以中火炸至金黄色,然后蘸千岛酱,再撒上芝麻。Deep-fried each pieces of stuffed you tiao with medium hot oil until golden brown.Coated with thousand-island sauce.Sprinkled some white sesame seeds on top and served.
