    法国柠檬优葛蛋糕口味很清新,吃多了也不觉得腻。适合拿来当早餐或是下午茶。

    Step 1

    预热烤箱至175C°;在8 ½" x 4 ¼"面包盘内涂油备用。Preheat the oven to 175C°. Lightly oil and line a standard loaf pan (8 ½" x 4 ¼").

    Step 2

    碗内将面粉、盐及发粉拌打均匀。Combine the flour, salt and baking powder in a medium bowl and whisk together.

    Step 3

    在另一个碗内将糖和柠檬茸混合,加入优葛、蛋及香草精,拌打至细滑。In a large bowl, rub the lemon zest in to the sugar. Add the yogurt, eggs and vanilla to the lemony sugar and whisk until blended.

    Step 4

    慢慢加入粉料拌匀,加入油混合均匀。Gradually add the flour mixture as well and mix in. Pour in the oil(s) and blend until combined.

    Step 5

    将糊料倒入烤盘内,放入烤箱烤55分钟至蛋糕呈金黄色,以竹签插入取出干净测试。Pour the batter into the lined loaf pan and smooth off the top. Bake for 50-55 minutes until the loaf is golden on top and a skewer comes out clean.

    Step 6

    取出蛋糕待冷却后,脱模切片享用。Leave to cool around 5 minutes before loosening from the pan and carefully taking the loaf out. Continue to cool in a cooling rack.
