    酸甜芋香虾,一款家常美味,酸甜适中。芋头口感细软,绵甜香糯,营养价值近似于土豆,又不含龙葵素,易于消化而不会引起中毒,是一种很好的碱性食物。

    Step 1

    把大虾加入腌料拌匀,放入滚油里,用大火炸1分钟至熟,捞起滤干油。Marinate prawns with marinade and then deep fry in oil over high heat for 1 minute or until cooked, drain.

    Step 2

    把芋头放入滚油里,炸熟,捞起。Use the same hot oil deep-fry yam until cooked, drain.

    Step 3

    用2大匙油炒香洋葱、红辣椒和青瓜,加入汁料煮滚,加入炸熟的大虾和芋头炒匀,即可。Fry onion, red chili and cucumber with 2 tablespoons of oil until fragrant, add in sauce INGREDIENTS and bring to boil; toss in fried prawns and yam, stir well and dish out.
