法式苹果酥饼 French Apple Pie

【材料】
市售冷藏酥皮 10”x10”1张、青苹果2个(切薄片后泡在纯净水里)、牛油15克
(室温融化)、白砂糖1汤匙、香草雪糕适量、点缀樱桃4颗
【辅助厨具】
5” 圆形碗、比5” 圆形碗略小1-2cm的圆形碗、小刀1把
【做法】
1. 将烤箱预热200℃。
2. 直接从雪柜取出冷藏酥皮,不必解冻,取5” 圆形碗,放在酥皮上,用刀尖分别割出4个圆形酥皮。(图1-2)
3. 取另外一个较小的碗放在做法1的圆形酥皮中间,轻轻按出痕迹,作为记号,备用。(图3)
4. 将苹果片整齐的排在圆形记号内,撒上砂糖,涂上牛油,送入烤箱烤约20分钟或至酥皮焦黑即可,趁热享用。(图4)
5. 享用前,放上一球香草雪糕和樱桃,冷热交替,味道更佳。

【Ingredients】
1 sheet of 10 X 10 frozen pastry, 2 Granny Smith green apples (slice thinly and soak
in water), 15g butter (room temperature), some vanilla ice-cream, 4 pcs cherries
【Utensils】
5 inches bowl, a smaller bowl, 1 knife
【Method】
1. Pre-heat oven to 200℃.
2. Use frozen pastry directly without defrosting, cut 4 pieces rounded pastries through the shape of 5 inches bowl with knife. (pic 1-2)
3. Use the smaller bowl to press a mark on the rounded pastries and rush with melted butter.(pic 3)
4. Place apple slices inside the mark, sprinkle sugar on top, bake in oven for 20 minutes or until pastries turn dark brown. Serve hot.(pic 4)
5. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream.
