    Step 1

    鱼尾处理洗净后,在两边各划三刀,抹干后 沾薄 薄一层面粉。 Clean fish tail well. Score 3 cuts on both sides of the fish. Pat over briefly with a thin layer of plain flour.

    Step 2

    起锅热适量油,把鱼尾炸至金黄色;滴干后摆盘。 Heat adequate oil in a wok till hot. Add in fish tail and deep-fry until golden brown. Drain and place on a serving plate.

    Step 3

    把珠江桥牌高级酱青和糖混合。在小锅热少许油爆香蒜茸,然后加入甜酱油煮匀 后,浇在炸鱼尾上。 Put a little oil in a saucepot. Sauté 1 tsp chopped garlic till fragrant. Add in the sugared light soy sauce and stir to mix. Dish out and drizzle over the fried fish tail.

    Step 4

    将泰式酱汁材料混合,然后淋 少许在炸鱼尾上。撒上顶料即可享用。 Combine spicy Thai Sauce together and spoon a little sauce over. Add topping ingredients on top and serve immediately.
