    Step 1

    把马铃薯连皮刷洗干净,然后以叉戳其全身。用手把橄榄油涂抹整个马铃薯,然后放入预热至170*C的烤炉里烤1小时。把烤熟的马铃薯顶端十字切开,然后把它压开口成花状。Wash each potato, scrubbing the skin until clean in running tap water. Using a fork, prick the potatoes all over. Using your hands rub each potato with olive oil & bake in pre-heating oven @ 170*C for 1 hour 。 Cut each potato top into quarters, press to open each potato to look like a flower.

    Step 2

    用小茶匙挖出马铃薯顶端一半的薯肉,放入容器里。 Using a small spoon, scoop half of the top of each potato and place into a mixing bowl.

    Step 3

    把挖出的薯肉捣成泥状,然后和奶油及鲜奶混合,再加入胡椒粉调味。 Combine the potato by mashing it with some butter and fresh milk, adding pepper to taste.

    Step 4

    把金佣午餐肉煎一煎,然后加入薯泥里。 Pan fry the GOLDEN MAID luncheon meat and mix into the mashed potatoes.

    Step 5

    把薯泥填回马铃薯顶端,然后再撒上额外的金佣午餐肉即可。 Return the mashed potatoes onto each potato, and top with extra fried luncheon meat on top.
